Update (5/4/08) Some additional information: A source tells us Paul McCartney is working on adding vocals to the album. He’s said to be enjoying singing this time as well as playing ambient music for the project.

A taboid report in the UK Mirror says Paul McCartney is at work recording a new album producing by Youth that may be ready by summer. The report says he is working at his studio in Icklesham, East Sussex and quotes a spokesman, who says, "Paul started recording last week, but he has been writing for a while. It should be ready by the summer." The story says that besides his June concert in Liverpool, he's planning a UK tour.
