Fleetwood Mac -- "Live in Boston" Volume 1, Volume 2, Volume 3 (available separately) or three-CD boxed set (3/5/00) Our deep appreciation of Peter Green's guitar work has been mentioned on this page before, but these three discs just about sum it all up. This live set, recorded at the Boston Tea Party in 1970, features live versions of such great Mac classics as "Oh Well," "Rattlesnake Shake," "World In Harmony," "Black Magic Woman," "The Green Manalishi (With the Two-Pronged Crown") and "Jumping At Shadows" plus a number of non-album tunes including "Tiger" and "Whole Lotta Shakin' Goin' On." Quality is outstanding as is the performance. This concert has been out on CD in various versions, cut apart and with less than great sound, but this set comes from the master tapes, is edited smoothly and cohesively and sounds superb. It's well worth replacing your older versions of this show with thes new ones.
